In order to improve the management of rainwater in the Grand Camp district in Abymes, Guadeloupe, the Cap Excellence agglomeration community has built a hydraulic canal.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Presentation of the works<\/h2><\/div>

The construction of the hydraulic structures in reinforced concrete required a temporary support to hold back the earth and water during the works.<\/p>\n

Our teams installed two sheet pile enclosures by vibro-driving<\/a>, for a length of about 150m, as well as a system of waling with struts positioned at the head of the retaining walls.<\/p>\n

The continuity of traffic on the roads near the structures required particular attention to the phasing and the means used to guarantee the safety of the worksite and of users.<\/p>\n
